At Eclipse Golf we are focussed on helping you on your journey to golf improvement and we value the trust you place in us to keep your information safe and private. 

Any information we collect is used solely for the purpose of better servicing your needs and is not shared with any other company or business for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analyticsto collect information about how you interact with our website or mobile applications, including what pages you visit, what site you visited prior to visiting our website, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use and network and IP information. We use the information provided by these tools to improve our Services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service provider (eg: Google for Google Analytics and FaceBook). Mailing Lists – how we collect your data and how we use it

Our Mailing list is made up currently from two different sources:
  1. 1.If you are a customer who has booked in for a session
  2. 2.If you have signed up to our newsletter via the website
When we book a customer in for a session we collectinformation that will help us prepare better for the services we provide both before, duringand after sessions –these are things like golf handicap, dexterity, height, age, gender, hand size, wrist to floor, play frequency, current equipment information, courses you play and other golf performance related data. We also collect an email address and a telephone number for on-­‐going communication about the service including to re arrange if necessary and to check in with you to see how any purchase or amendments to your golf game or equipment are going.

 The individual information such as that listed above helps us personalise the communication and aids our recall with the details specific to you so any communication is informed and relevant.

We also collect email addresses through our newsletter subscription available on our website www.eclipse-­‐golf.co.uk.

We utilise your email address obtained through both these means of collection to send you updated information;video, offers and newsletters that we believe will be of value to you and your  

Third Part

To provide our equipment assessment and coachingservices we utilise two companies as follows:


TrackMan – this is the both the hardware and software that allows us to measure your golf swing and ball performance. We input your email into the software in order to both save the performance data in your file and to enable us to sharewith you easily when applicable. You can see the TrackMan privacy policy here:

my-pro - is a golf performance based website that allows us to track your overall golf game progress. It requires us to invite you to join or you can voluntarily sign up by going to their website. You can see the my‐pro privacy policy here:

Both of these 3rd parties are GDRP compliant and their policies are transparent and clear.  


We use twoother third-­‐party providerscalled ‘Infusionsoft’and ‘123 reg’ to deliver our newsletter and other marketing based emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. We are happy that their privacy policies are compliant.
