Mailing Lists – how we collect your data and how we use it
Our Mailing list is made up currently from two different sources:
1.If you are a customer who has booked in for a session
2.If you have signed up to our newsletter via the website
When we book a customer in for a session we collect information that will help us prepare better for the services we provide both before, during and after sessions – these are things like golf handicap, dexterity, height, age, gender, hand size, wrist to floor, play frequency, current equipment information, courses you play and other golf performance related data. We also collect an email address and a telephone number for on-going communication about the service including to re arrange if necessary and to check in with you to see how any purchase or amendments to your golf game or equipment are going.
The individual information such as that listed above helps us personalise the communication and aids our recall with the details specific to you so any communication is informed and relevant.
We also collect email addresses through our newsletter subscription available on our website www.eclipse-golf.co.uk.
We utilise your email address, obtained through both these means of collection, to send you updated information, videos, offers and newsletters that we believe will be of value to you.
